Our operating budget is largely privately funded. KCDC also receives funding through its contracts with the city of Vincennes and Knox County to provide economic development services. Our stated mission is:

This mission is taken very seriously. In a 135 acre industrial park owned by KCDC, five acres have been purchased by CCX. FIA Corporation (Futaba Indiana of America) has built a 500,000 square ft. advanced manufacturing facility to produce internal frame parts for Toyota's Princeton, Indiana plant on 30 acres, Farbest Foods' $70 million + facility began operations in December of 2013, MacAllister purchased 12.24 acres for the company's expansion into the park and the Vincennes Township Fire Department has a station on the property, providing complete hazmat and emergency sevices onsite should tenants have need.
